Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Candles that have been lit, sale and discounted items, and custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Reach out to us on WhatsApp with photos of the product. We'll review your request and, if approved, arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original UPI payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no charge.
